Something i finally got the time to finish. Done entirely in photoshop with no refs (it shows lol)anyways, suggestions are always welcome.

Darken your skin tones with other hues, not just grayed down versions of the original hue.
There is a muscle on the outside of the forearm that should flow through the elbow and attach low on the upper arm
all in all pretty good.

Pose is a bit weak, but as you said... no reference!
Reference is always good you know... we draw what we see... Drawing is (the correct observation)!!!
You should always used reference in drawings!
Keep it up...
